Sales Activation of MNC client’s Mining Explosives with Chinese clients



The Beijing Axis is requested by a leading international explosives firm to activate its sales to Chinese clients. The Beijing Axis assisted with market analysis, planning and marketing strategy. This was followed by a systematic business development campaign to identify, engage with and convert Chinese clients.


The Beijing Axis did a top down of assessment of the macro opportunity, market attractiveness, competitive landscape and trends that would impact roll-out. Then a bottom-up effort identified a universe list of potential clients. Subsequently an intelligent filter was applied to shortlist priority targets – after which direct engagement commenced with professional marketing, business development and sales processes.


The client immediately developed direct engagement with potential clients that have a record of using the type of services that our client has on offer. Leads have been developed and RFP’s have been were received. The overall opportunity has been validated and the sales process with several clients is currently in the pursuit stage.
